- What if I sign up for a webinar and can’t attend?
If you sign up for your webinar and you are unable to attend simply go back to
our website and sign up for the next session the following week.
- If I miss a webinar
will I still be able to enter information in QuickQuote and QuickFile?
Yes, just because you missed the scheduled webinar does not prevent you from
using your software. There are plenty of training tools designed to help you
during your initial setup and execution of your software. Please refer to the
User’s Manual located under Help in both QuickQuote and QuickFile. You may also
refer to the on-line videos designed to help you get through the set up of your
utilities and client drawer.
- How do I listen to the
webinar?
Once you register for your webinar, we send a confirmation e-mail that will
provide you with a link to the Webinar. You have two ways to listen to the
Webinar:
- You can dial into the telephone number provided to you on the Dashboard and
listen to the webinar.
- You can use the speakers on your computer, or a headset to listen to the webinar. These
two options are available on all Webinars.
- Is there a Toll-Free
number that I call for the Webinar?
No, we do not currently have a Toll-Free number in place at this time, you will
need to dial a toll number. However, you will be able to use the speakers on
your computer to avoid making a phone call.
