Florida
  • 3 year MVR (default): $9.30 per Motor Vehicle Record
  • 7 year MVR: $11.30 per Motor Vehicle Record
Georgia
  • 3 year MVR: $7.00 per Motor Vehicle Record
  • 7 year MVR: $9.00 per Motor Vehicle Record
New Jersey
  • 5 year MVR: $13.00 per Motor Vehicle Record
New York
  • 3 year MVR: $8.00 per Motor Vehicle Record
Texas
  • 3 year MVR: $7.00 per Motor Vehicle Record

You will be charged for each MVR you request. If the MVR request returns a no-hit, which indicates the driver license cannot be found, you will still incur the same charge as if the MVR had been available.

When will my account be active?
Once your account is active, you will receive a "Welcome" email at the email address you provided when you signed up for the QQ Solutions service. Your account will be active when you receive this email.

How do the monies work?
QQ Solutions requires $100 to open your MVR account. In order to prevent service interruptions, once the balance drops below $100 (the threshold), we will replenish your account with an additional $100. If your agency accesses a large amount of MVRs, you may change the default values listed above by contacting QQ Solutions and requesting a new default threshold and withdrawal amount. If your agency requires an excessive amount of account replenishments, QQ Solutions reserves the right to increase your threshold and withdrawal amounts to ensure your agency does not run out of funds.

Why can't I just be billed at the end of the month?
The Department of Motor Vehicles requires that QQ Solutions pay for all MVRs the very next morning. The State withdraws the funds electronically. Due to the high volume of MVR access through our account we require all agents to maintain an MVR account.

How long is an MVR valid?
MVRs are saved, along with your quote, and are valid for 30 days.

Can I print an MVR?
Yes, you can print an MVR but you must do so BEFORE you exit QQ WebRater or QuickQuote.

There are two ways to print the MVR:
  • Once you retrieve the MVR, click the "Print MVR" button
  • Once you are on the application screen, click the "Print" button on the toolbar and then click the "Print MVR" button, if available.

What steps do I take to begin using the QuickMVR service?

  • Step One
    Setup your QuickMVR Defaults. Start QQ WebRater or QuickQuote and click the "Utility" button. You'll then want to click on the tab labeled "MVR." This is where you can enable your MVR password, check whether you want an MVR reminder and set up your MVR Fee.
    • MVR Password
      To restrict access to the MVR system you may enter a password which will be required to access the QuickMVR system.
    • MVR Reminder
      To be reminded to pull an MVR on each quote, place a checkmark here. You will be prompted with a reminder each time you quote.
    • MVR Fee
      The amount that you wish to charge your client for a single MVR. QQ WebRater and QuickQuote will automatically calculate the fee for multiple MVRs retrieved. This amount can also be adjusted during the quoting process.

      Once you have your defaults set up, click the "Exit" button to save your settings and return to the main menu. You are now ready to begin.

  • Step Two
    Click Auto and then fill out your rating criteria as normal. You should fill out the Driver License number for each driver on the quoting screen. When your ready to rate you may either click on the "Quote" button or simply hit F10. Once you determine the company that you would like to offer your client-double click the company name from the list and you will be taken to our Breakdown Screen.
  • Step Three
    On the menu bar at the top of the screen you will see a button labeled "QuickMVR." Click on this button now. If you have already filled out the Driver License number(s) on the editing screen you will notice that they are pre-filled on this screen. If you have not already filled them out you may do so now.
    This screen gives you some basic information that will be helpful to you. First, it shows you how much retrieving this MVR will add to the MVR Fee field on the breakdown screen. It also gives you an opportunity to override your MVR Fee default setting and not add the MVR total to the quote. To eliminate this fee put a checkmark in the appropriate box. (Note: this will only be effective for this quote). Once you pull an MVR your current balance will be shown to you in the bottom portion of the dialog box.
  • Step Four
    Provided you are connected to the Internet, you are now ready to retrieve an MVR. Click the "Retrieve MVR" button, you will then be asked if you are connected to the Internet. If you are, click yes. QuickMVR will now send your information to the state and return a live Florida State Motor Vehicle Record. You can print this record now or you may print it from the application.
  • Step Five
    If your client has any state issued violations, they will be automatically filled out in the violations field. Now just re-quote to have the risk rated with the violations and select the company of your choice.
