Thank you for allowing Robertson Insurance Services to be a
participant in the QQ Evolution Beta test. As a new user of the
Enterprise Edition of QuickFile, our company had been so pleased
with the ease of use compared to the other company that we had
previously used, we thought QuickFile was wonderful. Now having
had the opportunity to test the QQ Evolution we found the ease
of navigation, user friendly desktop, and all of the
client/company related features make this product one that will
make our day to day business even more productive. The features
that our company found to be the most improved are the desktop
configuration for ease of navigation through the entire
applications available. The extended information areas to
provide in depth client information without having to move to
different screens in order to access this information. The
upgraded report systems, allowing for better use of the actual
business, and how the office can use these reports to better
serve the clients as well as the bottom line for our company.
The ease and depth of commission structures in order to track
not only the commissions due to our company but also for those
who are commissioned employees. These are just a few of the
highlights that we found exceptional and there are numerous
others that will be important in the day to day business. We are
excited for the release date of QQ Evolution and know that those
who are current users and potential users will find this such an
easy and profitable tool for their offices. The most important

I love the new QQ WebRater. It's easy-to-use and can be used
on any computer anywhere. I enjoy that flexibility. This is more
than just a quoting system. For example, under 'Print', there is
a coverage form that has all information printed on it. We can
also print ID cards that have the carrier name and claims info
on them along with our office information. Not to mention the
reports that can be run. QQ WebRater is a great all-around
system.

at two locations, we could not exist as an organized agency without QuickFile.
QuickFile is awesome. The download feature for our carriers helps to organize
all our new, renewal, and endorsement activity.
The report section keeps us
abreast of all renewal reports. The mailroom section helps us to cross sell our
existing client base. The Rolodex section is a Godsend, allowing us to email all
contacts straight from the Rolodex!
We love QuickFile and recommend it to any
agency. If you dont have QuickFile, you are probably paying way too much for

I have been using QuickFile Enterprise Edition for eight
months and I am quite pleased with the it. When I finally decided to add an
agency management system, I did an extensive analysis of the various offerings.
Many were very expensive and offered features designed for large agencies. I
found that QuickFile had all the key features that I needed and would likely use
and, just as important, I found QQ Solutions' staff responsive and helpful in
answering questions and getting me trained. Training is pretty simple as the
system is largely intuitive. For the features that QuickFile provides, which is
95% of all available features from all eight of the other systems I looked at),
I was not able to find another system that even came close. And, they continue
to make improvements all the time. I eagerly look forward to QuickFile Release
4.0. Like any system, you will get out of it what you put into it, so, commit
yourself and all your staff to using it. If you want to go paperless, easily
scan documents into the system, have a good pending system for notes and
follow-up years into the future, go right from a client file to automatically
log in to a company website and have an easy-to-use system to use for a great
price, QuickFile is the one. I am particular with my purchases and am
particularly pleased with my purchase of QuickFile. I just wish I had done this
sooner as it would have paid for itself many times over. I am still paying for
having delayed. My recommendation: get QuickFile and get it yesterday!

I have worked in the insurance industry since 2000. I have
experience as a producer, a manager, and an agency owner. I started Rocky
Mountain West Insurance in January 2005 as a startup, with one company
appointment, and no book of business. I didnt have a business loan, credit
